Spring Valley, Minnesota
This is a Westchester 3 bdr, 1 bath constructed in 1953. It is the only Lustron in this small community in southern Minnesota. It is on a beautiful street of well kept homes and lovely yards and trees. The exterior of the house, the garage and much of the interior is original. It has a modern heating system with air conditioning.

Gradually I am using auto body filler to repair the myriad picture-hanging holes left by former owners. I touch up the repairs with color matched paint and sealer. I am really enjoying fixing it to suit my decorating taste without taking away from the original concept. We love the house, the street where its been all these years, and the town.  - Sonja Swankier
